DOPE TAX CONSTITUTES DOUBLE JEOPARDY
Using factors described in a United States Supreme Court case, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals found the Wisconsin drug tax to constitute criminal punishment, thus overturning - on Double Jeopardy grounds - a 20 year drug trafficking conviction sentence.

In Cuba necessity demands simplicity... Despite the simplicity of day-to-day life, the mechanics of Cuban society are very difficult to decipher...The word "esperar" in Spanish means both to wait and to hope. The double definition of this word is appropriate for Cuba.
