Intelligence Break Led U.S. to Tie Envoy Killing to Iraqi Qaeda Cell
In a New York Times story about an "intelligence break" that had led to a cell of Al Qaeda operating out of Baghdad, a reporter notes that a coalition of intelligence services from the United States, Britain, Jordan, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan had announced that critical information about the network had emerged from "interrogations of captured cell members conducted under unspecified circumstances of psychological pressure". Hmmm.
