BELGIUM LEGALIZES CANNABIS SMOKING
Belgian politicians have voted to make it legal for adults to smoke cannabis and possess small amounts of the drug.
However, selling the drug will remain illegal.
The new law will allow adults to possess up to five grams of cannabis for personal use, so long as they don't smoke it in front of children or teenagers or end up disturbing the peace in the process.
